Refund Policy

This policy covers appointments and consultation services at Patna HIV Clinic.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a full refund of the appointment payment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee or forfeiture of payment, as communicated when booking. If the clinic cancels, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
To request cancellation, rescheduling or a refund, call 9241952419 or email patnahivclinic@gmail.com with your appointment details and proof of payment. Please avoid sending unnecessary medical information.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Contact the clinic about payment errors or delays. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.
