Refund Policy

At Dr. Pratyush Kumar's clinic, we strive to ensure patient satisfaction with transparent policies. For appointments, a full refund is issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit the payment. If the clinic cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Refunds for specific services or products (like medication for PEP/PrEP) are considered on a case-by-case basis, generally within 48 hours of receipt and only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, with exceptions for items requiring specific storage or those that have been partially consumed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof of payment, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. This policy adheres to patient rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring fair practice and clear communication.
